Model data can be imported directly from ETABS and SAP2000. A wide variety of element types are supported, including beams (with panel zones), columns, braces, shear walls (with openings), floor slabs, dampers, and isolators.
Nonlinear analyses can be static and/or dynamic, and can be run on the same model. Loads can be applied in any sequence, such as a dynamic earthquake load followed by a static pushover.
PERFORM 3D provides powerful performance based design capabilities, and can calculate demand/capacity (usage) ratios for all components and all limit states. Performance assessment based on ATC-40, FEMA-356 or ATC-440 is fully automated.
PERFORM 3D output includes usage ratio plots, pushover diagrams, energy balance displays, as well as mode shapes, deflected shapes, and time history records of displacements and forces.

This is a complete, self-contained package using the Full Installation CD and the 'CSI License Generator 11' already featured in this thread.
- Made portable with Spoon Studio.
- Tested on Win7 and WinXP with .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 previously
installed.
- Un-zip on PC and run from there, not from memory stick, for best
performance.

How to create a license file
"lservrc" before the first run:
Every time the portable version is unpacked onto a new host PC, a new
license file "lservrc" must be created which uses a Locking Code unique
for the PC. This needs to be done only once, before the first run.
After unpacking, the Portable Program Folder appears as follows
("lservrc" is not present):
Follow Steps A and B below to create a 1-year long license for
Perform-3D v5.0:
Step A. Start the first program 1a Enter info for new license.exe and
a DOS window opens. The "Locking Code 1" is displayed. Make a note
of the last 5 digits, for example: E234F. Press [Enter] and the DOS
window continues, prompting for the "CODE".
> Type the 5-digit Locking Code (in above example, E234F) [Enter]
Next, today's date appears (for example 27-Aug-12).
> Type Last day of license (one less than the day shown, example
26) [Enter]
> Type Last month (same as the month shown, example Aug) [Enter]
> TYPE ALL 4 DIGITS of Last year (one more than the year shown,
example 2013) [Enter]
The text appears "License will expire on day/month/year: 26/Aug/2013"
(for this example). A list of CSI software appears, prompting for the
Software Choice.
> Type 10 (for "Perform3D 5") [Enter]
> Press the spacebar (Press any key to continue . . .)
> Type 0 [Enter] and the DOS window closes.
Step B. Run the second program 1b Create license file 'lservrc'.exe
and the required license
file "lservrc" is added to the Portable Program Folder.
The final appearance of the Portable Program's folder, ready for
running Perform-3D, is as follows:
Running the program:
With the license file "lservrc" present in the Portable Program's
Folder, start Perform-3D by double-clicking the file 2 Run 'Perform-3D'
program.exe. The program's main window opens after verifying the
license. If a "no license was found" message appears, the license file
"lservrc" contains erroneous data, or is missing. Simply re-do Steps A
and B to re-create it
